Ellie Jordan is a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (200-hour) and Holistic Health Coach (DipCNM, 2021). Her teaching blends yoga's ancient wisdom and philosophy with her passion for women's hormone health, wellbeing, and holistic self-care, offering a whole-body experience that supports her students both on and off the mat.
Seva (सेवा) Yoga
Ellie’s classes embody the energetic, breath-based, and meditative aspects of traditional Hatha Yoga. Rooted in ancient practices, her classes feature extended posture holds to build heat and strength in the body and deliberate breathwork to cultivate inner calm and harmony. Designed to accommodate mixed abilities, Ellie’s classes create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and able to progress at their own pace. Ellie aims to inspire her students to embrace yoga as a lifelong tool for mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
Ellie loves practising yoga in the morning, finding it the perfect time to centre herself and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Join her on the mat every Saturday, 09:00 - 10:00am, in Kingston Upon Thames for Seva Yoga, her signature Hatha Yoga class, and experience how this gentle and mindful practice can help you thrive through every stage of life.
